Nourish & Glow Whipped Cream

Shea butter

Coconut oil

Almond oil (or jojoba oil if allergic to nuts)

Lavender essential oil

Frankincense essential oil

In a double boiler, melt shea butter (2 table spoons) and coconut oil (a table spoon) together. Stir occasionally until fully melted.
Remove from heat, let it cool slightly. Add almond oil (or jojoba oil), lavender, and frankincense essential oils. Stir to combine.
Place in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes until it starts to solidify but is still soft enough to whip.
Using an electric mixer, whip on high speed for 5-7 minutes until light and fluffy.
Spoon into clean, dry 30 ml jars and seal tightly.

Tips:
Use a small amount daily to keep skin hydrated and nourished. Can be used on dry patches, cuticles, and even as a night cream for deep hydration.​
Perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin or nut allergies. Replace almond oil with jojoba oil if allergic to nuts.

This is a wonderful combination for a face massage, if you are looking for intense hydration, balancing oil production, soothing inflammation and radiant complexion.

Geranium essential oil

Place a cup on top of boilng water.
Add 1/2 tea spoon of shea butter and wait until melting.
Add a tea spoon of jojoba oil and a tea spoon of evening primrose oil.
Incorporate 2 drops of tea tree and 2 drops of geranium essential oil.
Blend well and transfer it into clean container.

Tips:
Apply on a clean face, massage gently, and wash off after 10 minutes.
Always perform a patch test before full application to ensure no allergic reactions.

Sooting Summer Hydration Mist

Chamomile tea

Aloe vera water

Lavender essential oil

Geranium essential oil

Steep dry chamomile flowers in boilng water. Let the tea cool completely after brewing. (Home-dried flowers recommended for that extra personal touch!)
Combine equal parts of aloe vera water and the cooled chamomile tea.
Incorporate 1 drop of lavender and 2 drops of geranium essential oils. These oils are perfect for balancing and soothing your skin. (You can also use tea tree essential oil if you have an acne prone skin.)
Make sure to shake the bottle well to blend all the ingredients throughly.

Tips:
Always store your mist in the fridge.
Use within two weeks, or if you notice any changes in odor or color, its time to make a fresh batch.
