Spring Blossom Diffuser Blend

  • 3 drops of Geranium

  • 2 drops of Lavender

  • 2 drops of Bergamot

​Blissful Citrus Soak: Mood-Enhancing Bath Blend

  • 1 cup Epsom salt

  • 5 drops Bergamot essential oil

  • 3 drops Lavender essential oil

  • 2 drops Ylang Ylang essential oil

Fill your bathtub with warm water.

Add the Epsom salt to the running water and stir to dissolve.

Once the salt has dissolved, add the drops of essential oils directly to the bathwater.

Mix the water gently to disperse the oils evenly.

Immerse yourself in the bath and soak for at least 20 minutes, allowing the aromatic blend to envelop you and uplift your mood.

Take slow, deep breaths and focus on the soothing scents to enhance the relaxation experience.

After soaking, pat your skin dry and enjoy the lingering effects of the mood-enhancing bath.

 

 

This blend combines the uplifting citrusy scent of Bergamot with the calming aroma of Lavender and the exotic floral notes of Ylang Ylang to create a luxurious bath experience that promotes mood enhancement and relaxation.

Joyful Essence: Uplifting Mood Massage Oil Blend

  • 1/4 cup carrier oil (such as sweet almond oil or jojoba oil)

  • 3 drops Sweet Orange essential oil

  • 2 drops Geranium essential oil

  • 1 drops Patchouli essential oil

This blend combines the cheerful aroma of Sweet Orange with the balancing properties of Geranium and the grounding scent of Patchouli to create a mood-enhancing massage oil that promotes relaxation and emotional well-being.
